Uh.. really? Not quite unusual. I mean Hello Kitty never had legs, just floppy feet. Just look at the Hello Kitty dolls.. they just have moving feet. I like the semi-classic HK. As long as it looks decent but..
back to topic: Her legs must have became longer when she kept falling over because of her big head. ahhaha.
