Braces, Things Keep Getting Stuck

I got braces for quite awhile now, things keep getting stuck. REally annoying, does anyone have any suggestions of how to get rid of the food that stucks aside from brushing teeth? tongue.gif ( i hope this wasnt a topic started already i ran it through the search )

haha i eat lotsa things like chocolate, veggies happy.gif and stuff..... whats a water pick?

u could use your tounge.and at the orthodontist theyre supposed to give you this lil tooth brush and on the other side of it ders a lil thing to take out stuff that brushing your teeth wont.if you dont have one ask your orthodontist

i use my tongue or a toothpick but you have to be careful w/ the toothepick.. i broke one of the thhings using it .
