umm..first..its kinda hard to understand what youre trying to say..but i got it after a while
 and the layouts alright..the green kinda clashes with the rest of the stuff &the background of the blog area doesnt fit in either

i don't think you're allowed to ask for this skin to be rated because you didn't create it.
plus, i don't think you're supposed to alter someone else's work. what you did alter doesn't look so great: newbie- ish |
