How to put movie on xanga/forums

i just finished making my movie, and i uploaded it and i have an URL, how do I put it on my xanga entry or forum??

ok don't spam. if you're going to say that, at least give the code. obviously you'll need a video code. how else will you put it up??

and i used to have the code, but i'm looking in my computer to see if i still have it.

i'm not abusing any authority. you could have said that you were looking for it so that other people besides you know that you're looking for it and not spamming.

thank you very much, but.. how come when i put it up there, the video won't play and the loading bar says "error (or something similar)"??
i think there's something wrong with my layout, what should i do?

Which code did you use? I could be depending on the code you used. Did you use gotnoheart's code or mine?
