to straighten it use a ceramic straightener ( i suggest a sedu, the work better than the chi's and keep your hair looking more relaxed ) and use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to keep your hair from drying out, plus a deep moisturizing treatment ( aussie has a really good one for like 3 dollars! ) like every 3 days. to keep the style in use hairspray, but the sedu tends to keep your hair pretty straight so you shouldn't have many problems. i would strongly recommend AGAINST the japanese hair straightening treatment that lasts for months because i know so many people that have gotten it and their hair just breaks because it's SO bad for your hair.
