How do you type in photoshop with a font that you've downloaded? i downloaded the font, but i don't exactly know how to open it in photoshop... a bit of a problem.

Well, after you unzip the download, and place the font into your Font folder in Windows, it should install itself. Just go to the Text tool in PS and look for the name of the new font. That's all there is to it! =]

if you downloaded it right it will automatically go to photoshop ..
how to dl a font : - download it - extract it - place in in your font folder (control panel >>fonts or my computer >> local disc c>>windows>> fonts) make sure you did those steps and if you did it right then it should automatically go to photoshop well atleast it does for me.. |

well usually for me to open font it goes like this..
1. When u downloaded the font a file folder should open 2. right click and click move folder then move it to any folder that u will remmeber 3. go to your control panel and go to font. 4. go to file and click install new font. 5. browse the folder u save the fonts on. 6. ok there then on photoshop click on your font button then the font should be in your font list |

download then you open it, extract the file by right clicking and then copy and go into your control panel... click fonts and paste
