- No punk bracelets/wristbands (I wear them anyway)
- You must wear a sweater (I never wear it, I have a fake doctors note that says I'm allergic to the material)
- You can't color your hair in any unnatural color etc. blue orange pink (Mine's black and pure)
- No peircings other than ear (I don't like peircings anyway)

Whats fun is that at my school EVERYBODY breaks the rules.

*Absolutley NO cellphones on school grounds* One day on our bus everyone thoughts we were being kidnapped and about 10 students pulled out cellphones to call for help.
*No PDA at all. No hugging, kissing, hand holding, lap sitting in, or hair stroking in a suggestive way* But I still see people making out during lunch.
*Pants up, shirt down* Come on people we don't need to see that.
*No personal sports equipment may be brought to school unless approved by you P.E teacher*
*Once a school enters an event, they may not leave until they are picked up by a responsible adult* IF an adult doesn't come they get to claim you as school property.
*Gambling or any game with a chance for profet can result in Financial Reimbursement*
*Slamming your own locker or anyone else's can result in Financial Reimbursement* Oh no, if you slam your locker the building might collapse stubborn.gif .
*You cannot wear chains on your pants*

Everyday I see all of these rules being violated and the staff doesn't even care. School rules are so pointless and stupid laugh.gif .

o_O What happened? Sounds like an interesting story. =P

The stupidest rule at my school is probably that you have to have parent/guardian call in to check you out or excuse an absence. You can't bring in a note, because it might be forged... even though people regularly call in for other people posing as their parents.

for the longest time we had the rule that we couldnt wear spaghetti straps or halter tops because shoulders distract guys..so my friend and i ALWAYS wore spaghetti straps and halter tops and made a big deal about it..like we would take off our jackets and be like HEY SEXXY..LOOK AT MY SHOULDER..YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT..and the teachers would get soooo mad..it was funnie

i guess for many it might be dress code, but where i come from the rules are kinda dumb

& hats are not allowed for they are a "distraction"
& electronic devices (mp3/cd players etc) are "prohibted" but no one ever cares
& having/buying a soda before lunch or after lunch
& cards are not allowed because you can "gamble" with them

*

Yeah same rules for my school also;

& Next year we wont be able to wear our hair down.
& We have to wear the right uniform.
& We cant wear BIG earrings ( I wub big eaarings mad.gif cry.gif )

— No cell phones
— No long hair for guys
— No nail polish on your nails (WTF? We can't wear nail polish on our nails, and yet, we're allowed to wear artificial nails!?)

Dress code.

Which basically means no revealing clothing, baggy pants, or t-shirts with obscenities, drugs or alcohol on them.

And we can't dye our hair.

But after reading all the other posts I don't feel as bad. Hah.

Mucho love,

Alyson
