i've been trying to take screenshots using the tutorials here but it just doesnt work for me i press the print screen (w/e its called) button. and it doesnt work. so i was wondering if taking screenshots on a laptop is different from taking then on a desktop because i have a laptop...any suggestions?

after pressing that...did you go to your ms paint and paste it there? because it's a same thing as desktop...

yeah push print screen go to ms paint paste it there and boom you got a desktop :)

yea i have a laptop .. and it works .. cept i paste mine in photoshop not paint .. but it will work in paint .. it should work if you remember to precss ctrl v in paint or some other photo type program ...

it's different on each laptop. i have a "fn" button on mine, which is a button with blue text, and up at the top, there are buttons like pause, insert, delete, but they have the blue text under it too so that the buttons can function for two different uses.

well i have a hp laptop and when i press prt sc (which i think is print screen) and cress ctrl v in paint in doesnt work... and i tryed fn but but it still doesnt work!! PLEASE HELP!!!

funkytoes is moo. they have the same IP.
okay, when you do what toya said, make sure you have clicked the the dotted rectangle box in paint, or else it wont work. then right click, press paste, and it should work.

Yeah, I have an HP laptop too. You have to press fn at the same time as insert, and then go to your image editing program and open a new document, then press ctrl-v.
