i guess for many it might be dress code, but where i come from the rules are kinda dumb
& hats are not allowed for they are a "distraction" & electronic devices (mp3/cd players etc) are "prohibted" but no one ever cares & having/buying a soda before lunch or after lunch & cards are not allowed because you can "gamble" with them & homemade food cannot be brought to class for like a project or something, it has to be store brought (some new texas law) yeah its weird |

We can`t um...wow I can`t really think of anything we can`t have ? Except once I got in trouble for using my cellphone in the hallway ? But they are kind of strict on the dresscode cause once I wore a playboy bunny tee and they made me go change it cause it was "sexually suggestive"

i think the dumbest rule at our school is that you cant wear flipflops. they think we will "drop something on our toes" or get our toes stepped on, but i think its just rediculous [sp?]

err, we dont really have any rules. i go to a public school
but in spanish class, the teacher doesnt even allow bottled water. and if it like rolls out of your backpack or something, she gives you detention. |

You can't have cellphones in school (even if it is off)
Shorts for girls have to be as long as the tip of ur fingers.. I know a lot of schools are like this but some of my friends have really long arms No flip-flops I'm not sure, that's all I can think of... |

We have a policy called the "No Bullying policy"...I dont get the point of it because the teachers ant catch everyone bullying & it happens all the time. We have PDA, no hats, etc.
