Animation in Image Ready, Help Me |

Ok. I'm trying to make an animation in Image Ready, I drew a red heart with the brush tool and now I want it to go from a red heart to a blue heart, how do I make it go from red to blue. When I make a new layer, it doesnt show up on the animation window. And I cant make a blank frame, all I can do is duplicate it. Help Me!

umm well there should be a tutorial on this..

 I do use animation shop, just I wanted to know how to do it on Image Ready also. I did my avatar in animation shop.//EDIT YAY! I MADE THIS IN IMAGE READY ===>>
