I like it, and you did an awesome job for your first layout. Most firsts are too cluttered, and you went in the opposite direction. Good job!

its simple which is good but then too plain.. try changing the color of te scroll bar to match the layout..

for your first skin, this is pretty damn good. :D i'm guessing the green wispy thingie is the cloud- of course. change the scrollbar to match the layout though. :]
