um ok well i need help ok well im wondering how ppl make glowing images like this http://www.carrielynnesworld.com/main.html to look at it go to the side and you'll see glow sigs and click that to see the example and i was wondering how to make that
 plz reply if u know how to thnk you to all that do

......... Just find a glowing text tutorial for PSP, and then, to animate it, you'd need diffrent levels of glow.
