i don't think there is...

if you notice.. they only say 'deleberatly concentrating and inhaling"

which would mean if you don't concentrate it then it wouldn't be enough to really do damage... i think..

Some reasons the school should consider..

1. First off, if the kids decide to get "high" of white out, they are dumbasses

2. Okay, you get rid of white out in school cause you fear that kids will get high...ummm they can walk to the nearest Target or K-mart people, buy a whole cart of white out....and get high....

The school is just being really dumb, and naive. They might as well have the whole state ban whit eout then if they think its so dangerous _dry.gif

If a school has a lot of problems with kids and white out, then yeah.

The kids at my school used to play around sometimes and sniff it, but not so much as to get high off of it. They've never had any problems with it though, I don't think, besides kids sometimes getting whiteout on desks and stuff

I don't think they should ban it. There is so much more students can sniff and get addicted to. There's markers, highliters, paint, and more. White out is just one of them, so if their going to ban white out, why not ban them all.

my white-out doesn't smell terrible. it smells really good in fact. i don't get high over it lol but if i do use it, some of it will probably go in my nose. and i'm pretty sure you would get high over a little bottle of white-out like what after sniffing it for hours? one hour? i mean, its stupid.

Whoa, it can make you high?
ROFL I didn't know that.
I don't think it should be banned.
I mean we need them. Cause a lot
of students uses pens these days
at schools. And they don't have an eraser
to erase it. So yeah duh we need a white-outs
for sure. I mean that's kinda weird that it got
banned at your school. Ours didn't get banned.

banning white out is uncalled for. people who actually want to get high off of white out deserve to have their brain cells killed. students need white out to undo their mistakes. and theres a bunch of other stuff students can get high off of but isnt banned.

I don't think that tape white out should be banned. You can't get high off it ( at least I don't think.. ermm.gif )

I need white out constantly. I love writing in my purple thin tip sharpie.

White-out should definately not be banned. I use it quite often. It's silly how kids could get "high" off of white-out. I use the white-out "tape" or whatever you call it, instead of the liquid one, though. So yeah, it wouldn't have a smell.

^yeah, if they are going to ban white-out, then they should ban a lot of other things as well. and it's used all the time and for me, sometimes white-out is necessary because I use pen all the time.

What an absurd concept. Why would you ban white out? Because of the possibility of stupid fools trying to get high off of it. Hahaha. There are so many things that could possibly endanger us that to ban white out would mean we would have to ban everything. You could stab someone with a pencil/pen, you can cut yourself with paper, you could chuck a book at someone's head, you could staple something not meant to be stapled, you could get high off of sharpies, you could do this and that. White out shouldn't be banned.

some teachers are not allowing white out at our school because people paint it on there nails and put their hands up to their nose and get high without the teacher noticing anything weird.

I agree that tape white-out should be allowed .. but not the paint kind. Who seriously needs that type anymore anyway? It can be used as fingernail mutattion, and a drug .. a weapon too.

Again by stating that it could be a weapon means that EVERYTHING that could possibly be used as a weapon should be banned as well such as pencils, papers, and books.

at my school, it isnt banned or illegal but i think it might, if it is, its not enforced.. white out should be legal at school tho. there's no real big reason to ban it.

Their toxic. Some dumb kids start smelling it to look cool. Whatever. I'm a perfectionist, so whenever I make a mistake with pen, I just start over. HAHA ..( think about the trees, Pia. )
