another myspace question..., yet another ms q: borders... Options

whilst browsing myspace i came across this profile...now its probly THE most simplest thing- just- ever, but how do you get the thick-ish black border around each of the sections, and how do you make writing spaced out like that- or have they just put a space inbetween each letter :s?

Don't use myspace. don't know what half those classes are, but I know that's what she used to get the spacing and the borders.
