how do you react to pain? Options

For example, say you were getting a tooth pulled out and it hurt a LOT...do you-scream in pain?? Hold it in?? Cry? Laugh .....

Or for any sort of physical pain....how do you react??

I try my best to hold it in....I don't scream though, it never comes out...

I don't really do much. I swear if it really hurts wicked bad. But not when I just get cut or something.

It depends on the situation.
If it's intense pain, then I just wince and try and think about something else.
If it's not intense pain, then I just shrug and keep walking.

Pain doesn't have much of an effect on me.

like when one of my guy friends pinch my fat really really hard or give me a wrist lock or a dead thigh, etc. etc. i say motherfuckeringpieceofSHH-t.

and if its like im stubbing my toe, ill do a silent "OW MOTHER.."

if its hitting-my-foot-really-hard-on-something type pain, i say "OW OW OW OW OW!!!" and run around

if its pressure/tooth pulling type pain, i wince and say "holy crap that hurrrrrrrrrrts" >.<

if its stomach-ache-type pain, i cry and say "owowowowowow....waaahhhh"

If my boyfriend knows he got hurt where he bumped his knee into something, he laughs lol. But if it was a cut or something serious, he would probably get angry/serious about it.

I, on the other hand, would cry, curse, etc. I even make this ssssss sound with my mouth and yea. I hate pain

It kinda depends. When I got my TB shot I said "motherffffffaaa" because I couldn't say motherf**ker....my little sister was there. "earmuffs!" haha. Um, pain isn't that big of an issue with me. I used to be scared out of my mind of needles, but I'm over it now.

For me when i know the pain is gonna come then i can hold it like getting a tooth pulled out. Pain that i wasnt expecting ill say "o f**k f**k f**k f**k f**k o shit" such as getting a 1 inch gash on yur hand that required stiches to close it

It depends. Most of the time, I try to keep it in, or I'll jut be cringing a lot, but don't verbally announce my pain. But if it's with people I'm comfortable with, then I might yell.

it really does depend on the situation. if it's something stupid that didn't really hurt, i laugh it off, but if it something slighty more serious i usually curse. and if it's really serious.. i yell. loudly.

i hate pain. even if its a small blood test or a shot, i would hate it. i just squint my eyes and that's it. i don't cry or curse...thats just the way i am.
