when i shave, my skin is all like bumpy...and rough. i put lotion on after i shave, and it helps a little, but not much...there are some girls at my school who look like they have no hair at ALL on their skin...and it looks really smooth. mine is all bumpy and ahh...its annoying. pinch.gif anyway to make it smooth..?

the bumps are probably ingrown hairs...don't worry, just rub a warm towel all over the bumps everyday for about a week or more, they'll eventually go away...and those girls with the hairless legs probably get it waxed...or use nair

use that shaving gel stuff (i think it's called skintimate) for your legs. it works happy.gif you usually get less bumps, but i'd do that ^ to get rid of them completely

Make sure you shave with water, so your skin is at least somewhat moisturized, or use a shaving cream/gel. If you shave with dry skin, you can easily nick yourself, or leave razor burn (not pleasant!)

If you want smooth legs, use NAIR hair remover.

shave against the grain .. you are referring to the legs, right? also, change the blade or get a new razor cause that can cause a significant issue with having red bumps or not. also, shave in the shower when you are pretty much about to get out. why? because the steam and the water loosens the skin and opens the pore which makes it easier to shave the hair off and reduces the reddness, puffiness AND the bumps too.

Maybe you're shaving wrong?

And maybe the girls at your school shave everyday?
