My friend told me that it's really hard to wear contacts the first time. But I think it's pretty normal. XD

That's okay.. the first day it took me almost half an hour to get it in! pinch.gif That was when I was putting on my first ever pair of contacts. But then afterwards it only took me about 1-2 minutes lol. But even so, I still can't put them in quick or anything pinch.gif lol They hurt my eyes so much! After a while I get used to the pain... lol.

Make sure you open your eye as wide as you can. Keep your lids from closing by using your fingers on your extra hand. Don't blink your anything until you look in the mirror and see that the contact has fully overlapped your eye.

Ba11erZ4lyfe...your little green monster dude is freaky..

Anywho...my comment is on the other type of contacts..the ones that people use just for looks..well..I heard that they could scratch your eye or something..is that true?

I'm getting them in with relative ease now by taking the advice of someone who posted here, not quite sure who. I put it in, hold it there and move my eye around for a few seconds, close my eyes and move them around. 3/4 times so far it has stayed in.

Sorry- I've got perfect vision. But my friend has contacts and they look like a pain to get in and out. But maybe that's just because my friend is stupid.

You'll get used to it and it will come quicker. Sometimes though they just take a long time to get in. Usually I just soak them in solution in the palm of my hand before I put them in. Then I make sure that they are like perfectly circular or whatever on my finger and that it's not bending and you can see all the edges. Then I put them in and wait til it fully sets in and then blink.

Well I sometimes wear contacts.
It depends really. After a week or so, you'll get used to it.
Or more likely, your eyes will get used to it.

Sometimes when you're not fully awake, you can't seem to get your contacts onto your eyes. So wait for a while after you get up.

Lol, I never had glasses. I went straight to contacts, and it took me 20 minutes jsut to get the right lense in my eye the first time. It gets easier. You don't relaly need to 'practice', just put them on every day, you'll probably get it within a week or so. My contacts are strange. They're thinner and flabbier than most contacts. I've been wearing them for a year and a half now and I still have trouble sometimes. What can I say? Asians have smaller eyes. lol...
