bolds helpp Options

ok this is making me mad...
i don kno WHAT i did...but i had my chatterbox code in..and like on the about me box..the part that says Me:
was bolded...and now its not letting the bolds work....like everything that was bolded in the boxes isnt being bolded..and its not working..what do i do?

but i want it to be bold...
the parts in the boxes that i circled are the parts that WERE bolded..then suddenly the bold stopped working....and i dont kno how to rebold them because the <b></b> isnt working..
and the big part at the top i circled..is the entries overlapping....
