Most people think they're so mature ermm.gif ...and it's sooo obvious that they're not when they point it out. Something along the lines of:

"I was so stupid then."
"I was immature back then."
"I was a kid then."
"I'm very mature for my age."

If you're oh so mature, you would show and prove yourself instead of telling them. It doesn't mean you're very mature now, it just means you were even dumber then.

Haha...most of the time I think I'm pretty immature and do silly things. So is that a good thing? Although I do understand where you're coming from, those people annoy me.

All of us are immature in a way. Even 70+ year old people have some growing up to do. Noone can truly be mature, they will always have a part of them that needs to grow up.

Yeah I agree with you, instead of telling them all that crap you need to show and prove it so that they can see it.

Hey, it's nice to balance out both things to release stress! It's just that if you're more immature than mature, then you wouldn't know when to act appropriate. That's when it gets annoying. I love acting immature sometimes!

Edit:
Funky Buddha, I guess that answered what you said.

Yeah, I do act immature at times. And I'm far from being done growing. I want to cherish my time that I have as being a young person, but I'm also aware of how and when to act appropriate. I don't know why young teenagers go around wanting to grow up so fast! You'll have the rest of your life to be an adult!

lol true sharie i agree with you. but you know what annoys me even more?

example:
20 year old guy: I'm older than you and I've already grown up. So I know everything more than you do.
Me: wtf? you still need to grow up, you know that? if you said you stopped growing... then you should be dead by now.
20 year old guy: But I know everything than you because I'm older than you.

>.<;; cause they are older doesn't mean they know more than me. lot of things changes time to time... and he can be like way behind of me on stuff.... so he's older than me. then he should know all the countries names out there... gosh. sorry i had to let my angers out, sharie heh.

as a 20 year old i consider myself a grown up but i know i still have alot of growing up to do. i hate when people hit a certain age, mostly when they just turn 20, and they feel they know everything about the world and that no one can tell them anything. i am very humble in the fact that i can learn from people of all ages, i never use my age as a way of saying i am more grown up than someone especially someone younger.

Thank you. A 70 year old man can learn a life lesson from a child. Age doesn't ALWAYS matter, because apparantly, there are still a lot of immature people at age 20. Some people just grow up faster.

I guess I'm somewhat on the borderline between immature and mature. Eugh I loathe when people glare at you and say "OMG YOU'RE ACTING SO IMMATURE!" And start ranting and saying all these immature things. To say the least, they're no better than me, if not more immature. Does that make any sense?

I'm just less simmature than a few people that I know.. But that doesn't make me completely mature or anything like that.

heh, i always prove that i can be immature because i act childish. well, i cant give proof online but i can tell you what i did.

first of all, i threw a cup of thai tea to my jackass classmate cuz he threw icewater at me. does that show i'm immature enough ? hope so .. another thing .. i laugh about things that isnt funny but i did it on purpose because that's who i am.

I don't act like that, I'm childish at times, and I admit.
People who say their oh-so mature should really act that way and not just say they are. <__<
