Everyone at my school hates "emo." Whenever someone they dislike is in their way, they go "WATCH IT EMO KID!" as if it's an insult. So, where I live, people are obsessing over hating emo... not just emo. Confusing, I know. Okay, people at my school hate emo for some reason. It's becoming a trend to hate emo.. All the cool kids do it.

hahahahaha...taking back sunday is not emo even though i like them.
"emo" is way overused. i hate how people at our school go around saying "omg, your new emo glasses are sooooooo cool, and so is your new LV purse" or something stupid like that. |

what bugs me about these emo people is that they are so damn ungrateful. i mean i know there suppose to be all emo-tional and mess but geez take a look around you, there are tons of people in much worser situations than they are...
emo person: oh it rained today, i didnt get to walk my dog..i will stay inside my room and cry all day until the rain stops (and yes this was taken from someones actual xanga) now how about this: homeless person: oh lord it is raining and i have no place to go. maybe i can go to the park and sit under a tree to shield myself from the rain. enough said. |

To me, emo sounds like depression heh...right? or way too emotional right? well im emotional hehe... but not always in a depression way or does that not make any sense? blah blah anyways.... I don't really have problems with that usually... I don't know how it is annoying to you, but it's really not annoying, just wondering why so many people are so depressed and so emo-ish?? yeah. i have a deep emotional inside me...so i guess i dont have any problems with that. btw i thought you were emo heh. i dont know i guess i just think of punk style people as emo...hm...... well not always. depends on my mood? >.<;;;;

Face it children, the world is coming to an emo end. One of my friends, and aeropostale styled person (not exactly preppy) said to me the other day, "I love emo music!". I was in shock. Not because she liked emo music, but because shes never even listened to it. I explained to her what emo was and she said "Well whatever, I like the word". The world is coming to an end i tell you.
Personally, i happen to like emo music, but i am not emo. |
