pretty sure it's hard because i know how it feels. anyways, you jus have to stay in bed for warmth up and dont felt asleep. roll over your body at least ..

That always happens.. Also it's hard for my to get up. lolol.
Actually I think it's because my body is all weak when I wake up. Oh yea, and right after I laugh a lot, I can't write.. My hand is all shaky and weak. Or when I'm holding anything right after I have a big laugh.. I can't grip anything and my arm shakes for a while.
