jockersss, ugh Options

*I'm not sure if this is in the right forum. If not, sorry!*
I have found TWO people who have taken my layout. I'm sure many more have as well. Anyway, this person has a site and they post up layouts that other people made. I'm fine with that, because the credits are still there. However, they then took my When Will It Be Me layout and changed the image of the little character to something else and changed the words BUT kept the same image mapping. THEN they took my credits off that were in the corner and put THEIR xanga on there. I found two people with the same layout -- the person who put their xanga as the credit instead of mine and another person who just happens to be using the same layout. The person who was using the same layout happened to comment me twice in my guestbook which is how I found out. So this is jocking right? I think so. Please go comment on their xangas and ask them to take it down. I already have but another time it took me about a month before the person finally decided to take it down; I think the message would be clearer this time if more people were to comment them about it.
