Sigh.
My friend, Caddie, is being harrassed everyday at school because she did the right thing. Three girls at school took pictures of other girls taking pictures of them showering in the girl's locker room. Then they posted them on the internet. Caddie's friend ,being one of them, was awfully embrassed and violated. Caddie told on the three girls and they got expelled from school. One of the girls boyfriend went up to caddie and threathened her with a knife. He called her later and told her not ot tell anybody. He too got expelled. I'm guessing they were part of the 'popular' group, and everyone who knew them are starting to beat up on Caddie. This is so stupid. These kids are in 8th grade. Middle school. they shouldnt have to worry about this. sad sad sad |

Gosh, if they took a picture of me, I would smash the camera right then and there. THen when the boyfried threatens, I scream out "RAPE! RAPE!" then the teachers would arrive at the scene of the crime seeing the guy holding the knife.
 But I feel sad for your friend, but don't worry, in highschool(considering if she goes to a new one) she won't be harrrassed as much because popularity groups do not exist. |

Anyways I agree with what someone said about sueing and such. It's a serious matter. I can't believe they would do that. And in middle school too. How sad how the generations are changing. |

I'm sorry for Caddie. Things like this is happening at my school.
Some camera phones have video cameras, right? Well, girls keep on taking shots and recording videos of girls stripping down to their bras and panties and putting on PE clothes in the Bathrooms and Changing room. I was one who was violated. They're thinking about closing down my Middle School for that. |

Wow your friend is a teller-teller on the first one. I thought that was wrong for your friend, Caddie to tell the staff for the first one. I mean I would get freaking mad too. I know it's those girl's fault. But still, Caddie should've shut her mouth. But it was the right thing for her to tell the staff about that girl's boyfriend trying to threaten ya. That's a great thing. When someone is beating you up or threatening you, that means you gotta tell not just stand like a scaredy cat. Anyways.... I feel 50% sad for your friend.

it is a violation and it is a crime to take pictures of anyone (not just underage people) without their consent. especially if they are nude or partially nude. wow, that is sick.
what's up with that guy making threats anyway? if he wants a fight, he should get one. take his ass to court, get a restraining order and possibly get him slapped with assualt or something comparable. if the kids wanna grow up fast, then they have to face adult consequences. like one person said earlier, welcome to the real world. ps--hope your friend makes it through ok. pps--snitches suck, but in this situation, i think she was right and justified for telling someone in authority wtf was going on. |
