this is my 3rd layout posted on here.i really like how it turned out. it was my first try at using brushes and going for the whole grunge look. other than the fact that it sidescrolls(i'll fix that soon),what do you think of it? anything i could add? get rid of? improve?

The different colors in the banner don't really go well together in my opinion. The squares in the background might not drive my eyes so crazy either if they were smaller. Those are some good pictures to use though. Nice try.

Anyways, it's cute but the checkers make me uber dizzzy. |

i like the banner .. maybe you can blend the banner a bit into the blog areas? ... but it looks nice and i like your colors

thanks for the comments everyone..i think i'm going to try the layout with smaller checkers....or with a solid colored background.and try blending it to the blog area...and see what i like best...

you really went brush crazy!
 i like it. the colors go well together, the banner is great but i don't like the right side modules where there are double words. (favorite music favorite music, about me, about me etc.) i think you should put the pictures closer together, though.  good job!

it doesn't just have the same theme as randomhero's frank iero layout, but it has a lot of the same brushes and the colors/fonts she uses. good job nonetheless.
