That's gross.

Maybe it's cause you're too warm all the time. And like, maybe you should wear like, sweatshirts.

Oh, and deodorant works, too. Maybe you need like, 5 layers.

haha how odd... I kinda had the same problem, but it wasn't that bad. Baby powder under your pits kinda helps. And Secret deodorant works best.

my best friend had that problem in high school--she bought a deodorant that worked wonders for her, i just don't remember where. i'm sure it's available at wal-mart, what isn't? it's in a weird rock form...i swear! it worked for her, especially when she went through boot camp.

Certain-Dri. You put in on before you go to bed every night. After about a week of using it, you sweat as much as most people. It worked for me. cool.gif

uneccesary. cant we play nice?

I'd say I used ot have the problem, and I used to cake on this spray stuff. Like soft and dri. It worked pretty well. and secret platinum protection helped. bUt it would kinda...umm...melt? It that makes any sense. But I suggest going to a doctor and checking it out. U may have over active sweat glands, and there may be some hormones or something you can take to fix the problem. good luck hun. I know it sucks.

Mmm...Try wearing a different kind of deoderant. Stay away from spicy foods, coffee, and apples. Basically anything that boosts your metabolism, it makes for more sweating. Wear cotton clothes compared to newer stuff like rayon and silk. And if all fails...Guess what, your SOL, but hey, some guys like sweaty gals.

I have EXACTLY the same problem. I'm thin, maybe not in great shape, but I go on walks and sometiems runs a few tiems a week, and my hwole family are health freaks!! but I always end up getting really sweaty pits...and yes I use deoderant too, not lal the time tho cause my mom sais it's bad for your skin, so I only use it occasionally, but even wehn I do it deons't seem to help with the sweaty problem that much...hmpf.

and I don't jsut get sweaty from running and excercise either, I get it when I'm like SLIGHTLY warm, I see a hot guy (lol), or I'm jsut a little nervous. it's really really really annoying _dry.gif

and it's so stupid, I ahve choir, and the place where we practice gets sooo hot sometiems, so even if I go in a t shirt in the middle of winter I start sweating as soon as I get in there, and then the conductors like "okay, it's item to strecth now. strecth your arms upwards" and meanwhile I'm like pinning my arms to my sides....I don't want to lift up my arms so everyone can see my sweaty t shirt!!!

anyway, one way to fix this problem is to wear a tank top, and you can't tell as much...althouhg it still gets some on it, but I find it's less noticable.

other than that I don't know what to do...god, I reembmer jsut like 3 months ago I Was telling my brothers how I don't sweat at all and like "how does anyone sweat? I enver sweat..." *sigh* those preteen days, lost forever sad.gif

I sweat out of my left armpit alot but my right one doesn't work at all. It could be because of certain medications if you are on any. I've been on Depo-Provera for almost two years and my sweating just started acting up a few monthes ago.
