nah.. im not a member of your forum though. the name's francis. nah, im not a fan of j rock. im more of a jpop/kpop person. ya, i know dj styles daughter. she's my friend's friend.

my favorite singers at this moment (changed from August, woa, this is a old topic:)

1. Crystal Kay - best vocalist and best singer who really can sing in english.
2. Utada Hikaru/Ayumi Hamasaki - they get in the way a lot every time i have to rank em', but they're great songwriters.
3. Jang Nara - great singer, and her chinese album is just amazing. her reciting in chinese is better than BoA's chinese. But i don't like the way she keeps acting cute.
4. BoA - her singing is falling down my rankings, but her album sales r going up though. it's pretty hard for her to balance her busy schedule. Her recent album Best of Soul topped the WORLD charts in like the 2nd week it was sold. Topped Green Day's album and The Game's album.

korean: G.O.D.,Dong Bang Shin Ki, Park Hyo Shin, Se7en, Tim, Bi, Gumi, Lyn, Wheesung, Kim Bum Soo, Kim Jong Gook, J, Brown Eyes, Taebin, Kang Sun Hoon, Lee Seung Chul, Fi-V, and from time to time Shinhwa. [i looove Shinhwa but i gotta admit, they aren't the best singers. they have a few good songs here and there.]

chinese: Anson Hu [one of THE best Mandarin singers out there^^], Jay Chou, David Tao, Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Eason Chan, Andy Lau, TWINS [cute faces, lovable personalities, but they aren't the greatest singers. i LOOVE them as people though! and there are some really catchy songs here and there, especially when Charlene sings it^^], Tension [my faavoorite!], Leo Ku, and Joey Yung.
