I hv a penfriend who lived in England.

well, my another friend (not my penfriend)said,"hey, I chat w/ my friend on msn yesterday, we play 'hugging' each other!(using the icon, and only for fun, no bad idea!!), it's very funny. we start out a 'hugging-competition'!haha! I gave 1 hug, and he gave 2 hugs, then I gave hugs x 10000000000000, he gave hugs x eternity! so he won."

since I hv always been chating w/ him on "how are you?", "wt hv you done today?", etc. some boring question like this, I tried to make something more interesting like this (sori for copying my friend's idea on "hugging competition" shifty.gif )

so that night, I send an email talking about normal things, and ends w/ "*__hugs__*"
to my surprise, he returned "/hugs and kisses/" to me.
um...i am a bit speechless...n shocked...

the other day, we asked each other whether we have other penfriends or not, I mention "there's another guy(live in usa) ask me to be his penfriend. he asked my icq so I gave him. but he keep sending me some "bad messages", so I deleted him from my list. I'll never chat with him again!" <<it's true!
his replied is "i would never do that,i care about you"
I've never received this kind of message from him...

okay, that's my "situation", how do you feel when you read this(those reply)?

well...I don't know it is a kind of "flirt" or not, it's hard to say...becoz whenever I said something that's not happi at all, he will always say "I'm here for you babe, I own't let you down".

leave me some comments. thx

I think your penfriend (penpal) is trying to get you to feel special so that he can slowly approach you... then he's gonna want to meet up and all that.

Penpals should be people who you chat online to as a friend.. Very few online relationships work out. How do you know he's telling the truth when he said "I'm here for you babe, I won't let you down"? He shouldn't be calling you "babe" when you two don't know each other well. And you can't get to know someone really well unless you meet them face to face.

You should refer to this topic: This guy on the net

It seems like he is starting to like you, and is trying to give you the message that he likes you too. But you know how those email/internet relationships work out...they don't. I wouldn't get too excited about it, because if he lives in England, nothing can really happen. But It sounds like he may like you!
