marquee, ..wont work Options

okay so im making a page for someone and the marquee wont work.

when i entered the marquee into my html, the text box is deleted. closing the first div wont work.

any suggestions?

Um, is it just me or is the marquee working?

I see it.. in a box.. moving..

The marquee is working, though the box that the marquee is in seems like it's misaligned.

no. im coding it in ie and thats the problem. i cant align it right...

thats how i see it well i see only one picture tho... of a flower and its bigger than the box
