front wheel drive sucks. awd is way better in snow, and so what if it's light, it's still hard as hell to get traction unless you do MAJOR suspension work, and even then with that much power it's nearly impossible to get it to the ground unless you're on slicks, which aren't even street legal.

front wheel drive is wayy betta den back wheel drive, eva hit a major patch of ice wit backwheel drive?? crazzzzy..... and most awd's are major gas guzzlers...... $$ problem....
that whole honda thing....wings look good....but that's all they're good for....and didn't you guys know that adding stickers, cutting your springs, adding a spoiler, PIAA lights, getting pretty rims, and keeping your hand on the shifter even if u have an automatic car makes you go faster?? *note the sarcasm*

o ya.....and overall i like imports better...

<EDIT>
omg my friend just sent this 'definition of a rice rocket' 2 me.....hilarius:
Signs of a rice rocket:
1) Came with a 4 banger
2) Now "tricked" out
3) Uses laughing gas to go faster, which is ironic seeing as how the whole idea is a joke
4) Gay writing on the windshield. This is usually the drivers' name in Olde English (just in case they forgot their name during the run) or the brand of car they run (just in case you couldn't tell under all the body kits and stickers)
5) Gets smoked on the quarter-mile by an 80-year old Jewish woman driving a Continental.

</EDIT>

IMPORTS SUCK!!! My IROC has blown out everyone I've come across in New York City so far in the street. I have a Supercharged V8 with a couple of bolt ons along with some Head work. Every TURBOCHARGED piece of crap I've seen has no power.

Blah, i dont like the negative close minded comments from you guys. It's just sad; how you think a civic is a bad import car to tune; and it can only reach the "430" hp. THe possibilities are endless with a civic; and any other car for that matter.

The civic is a cheap car that looks good; it's reputation just gets dirtied when stupid people do stupid things to it.

I believe that the import motto is "Take what you got, and make it better." Who gives a rats ass if you buy a 30k car and it can "eat" an import; with that 30k you could easily tune up a "civic" or any other import to "EAT" that car.

Meh; everyone has their opinions i just don't like it when they dont support their opinions with facts.

I'll listen to whatever perfung says eheh; because he sounds more like an expert. ;p

P.S: Since when did adding more oxyen(laughign gas) into the combustion chamber to increase combustion bad?

More combustion = faster piston movement = more poweeeeeeeeeeeeeer

iono that's what i learned from physical science class ;p

Stop basing your opinions on cars because of what company they're from. That's like stereotyping against people. There are both good and bad cars from almost any company. Notice I'm not saying "imports" or "domestics" because there are Honda/Acura factories and such here in the US and Ford factories in Southern America and other places.

The point is, you should'nt say "oh, domestics are better because of .." or "imports are better because of.." because those are just generalizations. I mean, are you saying that a Honda Civic DX is faster than a Dodge SRT-4 just because it's from Japan? That doesn't make sense. I don't judge a car on where it came from, but on the car itself.

i tihnk they're trying to say for example the money u spend on a stock SRT-4, you can buy a Honda Civic swap in a b20/vtec w/ some bolt-ons. and be just as fast with less money.

but for me ive always like cars doesnt realli matter to me, i like them all but i like JDM imports more than any domestic or euro. just because u can take a little economy car and make it into something it wasnt made to be. FAST
