eating, & staying the same weight or even lose??

i have a fast metabolism so i can eat whatever, but also its semi-genietic, cuz my family is pretty small (both height and weight). i dont really exercise all that much but i dont really gain weight and ive stayed the same weight for a while now. whistling.gif

if your wanting to lose wiehgt, i suggest cutting back and soda and coffee and just concentrate on healthier foods. also dont eat late at night.

why dont you try to limit or make your meal, half than your usual and drink lots of water. _smile.gif

For me i eat like crazy n dun gain weight....i lose weight...but my sister gains weight....so she does like 100 sit ups be4 she goes to sleep everyday....it helps.....she even loses weight

if you have low metabolism, eat 3 diary products everyday such as milk, cheese, and yogurt. it support more weight loss then cutting calories alone ..
