Before, one of my best buddies told me, "It was so freaky. I saw my webcam's lens move. Someone was watching me. I was so freaked out."
I'm not sure if she was telling the truth. Lols. But, I believe her all the way. Anyways, I just want to know.. is it possible to watch someone through their webcam without them knowing? Because.. that's scary. If this topic's already made.. feel free to close.  and move if it's in the wrong place. =x

No one can watch you on your webcam unless you turn it on or it's plugged into the computer. Well, I don't have a webcam so I wouldn't know.
