looked under xanga scripts and help but, codes aren't working very well Options

i know how anal you kids get about ppl posting stuff thats already been asked but i need help with my xanga. its pretty simple, just moving the blog and the xanga ad, but even when i tweak around with the numbers, i just don't think i'm doing it right. my xanga is HERE and i used these codes

for moving the blog, but i just can't seem to get it right, could i get some help?
i'm trying to move the ad to the bottom and then blog over to the white square on the left, THANKS A BUTTLOAD!!!

Well you have to change the ### into actual digits.

you'll have to add px after the numbers too

i know, i have added numbers and px in there, but for some reason it won't work, no matter how much i tweak at the numbers, is it because i have the image as a background image, not putting it in the custom header as like that <img> blah blah blah thing?
