Xanga Layout Help Please!, ... Options

Hi, I wanted to know how to get the modules and the journal entries into little boxes. I know a bit of HTML but I just couldn't figure this out.

So if you could help me out, I really appreciate it!

Oh... the hovers?
Edit the px to a larger number of you want longer dashes.
Edit #ff0000 to the hex color code of the color you want.
Edit the font size and color if you need to.
