the easiest thing would be to make another custom module and put the link to cb in there. but if you want it in your subscriptions list, then yes, you have to remove your existing one and make your own module.

If you want to put a link to createblog in ur subscriptions module, then you have to create ur own new module. But it's not hard, it's a simple code you can find newhere, but it might be time consuming if you're thinking of adding all ur friends and everything. You should just put the link on the bottom of ur page lol. much easier
