Ok, two things.

1. I have a background URL in the background box on the look and feel, but its not loading on my computer. So if anyone could take a quick peek and see if it loads for them? I dont know why its not showing up.. my xanga

2. Heres the code I am using for the date. I want to get rid of the box around the date...so I dont know if I have to delete a code, or part of a code, or add in a different code. Anyone know?

1. No, the background isn't showing up. Does it end with .gif, .jpg, or .png?

2. Remove the "border: 1px solid #000000" from that first part of your CSS under the heading "div.blogheader, .caption."

1.) I do not see a background.

2.) Try taking out the border part.

ok, thanks. I got rid of the boxes.

And the background is a jpg. Does it have to be gif or something else? Or should I upload it to a site? All I did was right click on the picture form a site and copied the URL from there.

Oh well that might be your problem. The site may not allow direct linking. It doesn't have to be gif or something else, jpg is fine.

Ok, I uploaded and now it works.

Just one more thing...does it look better with transparent, or nontransparent tables? happy.gif

Try uploading the pic. and than put it on the site and it should show up.

And i think it looks better with transparent tables.
