Yep, but you cant say yes, just to not hurt her. You hurt her even more if she finds out you went out with her just cus u didnt want to hurt her feelings. You have to b honest and tell her strait up that you dont like her like that.

heh, well, i think you shouldnt do that, cuz i tried that and it does make them get hurt more. now the one i didnt like and she asked me out and we broke up, we barely even talk to each other anymore. its like we're strangers, so never try that.

wellll i asked this guy out one time, and he said "no, sorry" thats pretty much it. and then he just started talking to me alot more and now we're best friends i guess... still got mixed feelings about him but when i think i like him i just think of all the bad things. anyway... i dont like guys who just say yes so they dont hurt the girl.. cuz then the girl gets hurt when she finds out it was just so that the guy didnt seem like the bad one. or w/e

ive been asked out twice and i think its really cool of them to do so. i said yes because i saw interest in them, but if a girl i had no interest in asked me out i wouldnt be afraid to politely turn her down.

i dont know why girls think the burden of asking someone out is upon the guy. Some guys are really shy and will NEVER be able to work up the courage to ask a girl out. in this case, if you know he likes you and you like him back, dont be afraid to confront him and ask him out.

if the guy goes out with the girl he doesn't like because he doesn't want to hurt her feelings. but eventually when the girl finds out, that would hurt the girl's feelings even more than rejecting her at the first place.
