Yes, it is simple. The only thing that really bugs me is the gradient background.. Either change the background or put a different gradient. its nice though.

Pretty nice.
 I would only suggest making the font size smaller and maybe even picking an entire new font- try arial. Also, change the link color to black.

I really like the pictures and the "Got rice?" part, but like everyone else said, it's pretty default. Good job though.

make a banner using img or soemthing instead of word. |
