Yeah, I use to get those all the times
I think it because you're lips are really chap and you just put lip gloss on To solve it: I apply chapstick and then after that I put lip gloss on hope that helps |

 ha that doesn't happen to me becuase i use chapstick..and it's better because one it's cheaper..two i think it lasts longer (on your lis not the tube) and three it's not all sparkly..seriously when u kiss someone and then look at their lips all you see are sparkles it's funny lol

do you mean like when you put alot on you lips they turn white or pale?
anyway i use smackers and chapstick. |
