yeah i point mine to the wall when i'm using it after my friend told me how her camera would sometimes zoom in while she's using it..or turn on by itself....freaking scared me..what if i was like...picking my nose or picking at a pimple or something?!..no more privacy these days...

I don't have a webcam so I don't need to worry about that.
Maybe I'm paranoid, but when I'm IMing someone, it seems like that person can actually see me through the screen. X_x |

yea..there is a way for ppl to watch ur webcam w/o u knowing..if your cam is off they can still turn it on..hackers on the internet theses days do that..it happened to my friend onces..

Yeah of course, someone can see you through your webcam without you knowing. When it's plugged in, it becomes "part" of the computer, therefore allowing hackers and such to access it.
