borders, for layouts

-how do you create you own border for the layouts you make?
-i've seen many creative ones such as this click here .
-do you have to make them yourself..or is it a certain brush you can download?

well the one you gave as an example is in the ksin itself. and it's from blogring stubborn.gif createblog does not...like...blogring. there are many different borders you can use for xanga though: dotted, dashed, solid, i think there are others. oh yes,
1px dotted #000000,
1px dashed #000000,
1px solid #000000,
3px double #000000.

Also, a lot of layouts have borders that are actually part of the background picture. Then they use a div layer to put their entries in the box they drew.

You can put it into the HTML code, as shown above.
OR, you can create it as an image.

I'm PRETTY sure there are brushes for everything. =P
But then again, you can just draw a line & decorate it, I guess.

I dont have PSP, but on Paint, even, you can "DEcorate" by hand, borders.
