hahah I LOVVVE JAPANESE.. BUT MAN SUSHI OR SASHIMI!?
err ok.. i had a reeeeeal problem adding a new topic and a new poll cuz as you can see they ended up together =( all id have to do is change the title of this topic/poll but i cant! lemme know how D; anyway ill ahve to add the snail story here.. SORRY haha here's a funny experience.. i was around 10years old and my family and i drove from belgium to somewhere to france.. went to a classy resaurant n as i looked in the mirror i thought i'd try snails! i knew it would be sick i jus thought it would be a weird but cool experience.. when the snails came it was really nicely presented but I COULDNT DO IT hAHah GOD.. they gave this special thing u use to get the snail out of the shell it was a horrible concept for me LOL.. nthen my dad kept forcing me to try atleast once cuz it was expensive but the more i freaked out lol then he juu grabbed the snail i was holding n the clamp thing to get it out n he was like all stressed out from forcing me that the snail slipped right out of the snail n went all over him n some waiter on the other side of the room LOL butter was all over eww! i never ate snail in my life.. have you ever had the same kind of experience? where u wanna eat something spontaneous nthen when its in front of you u jus TOTALLY change ur mind hAHAh god.. and who here has eaten snails?? wats it like!! |

I like sushi, but it's too filling...and it gets kind of boring after a while. I love sashimi!
As for snails, aka escargots, I've had it before, it's not bad. Why are people such food-prudes? |

sushi and sashimi are both good... it's just that sushi has rice so it fills a bit better.. but for quality go for sashimi..
yes i love escargots.. esp. those from french restaurants. |

I <3 Japanese food! Tee hee. >_< I like sushi and sashimi, but I prefer sashimi.
I've eaten an asian style of snails and escargot...I don't like escargot much, but I like snails... I'll eat anything w/o asking what it is. |

I've never eaten snails in my entire life.
I don't plan to, but if I ever feel the urge to eat snails -- I will remember this experience.
