depends? do you want brushes on it? if so search in the "big book of resources" for brushes. you need a program such as photoshop or print shop pro

you kinda choose a picture and then just add text but make it look nice? iono its hard for me to explain

There are tutorials in the tutorials place. Make sure to check those out too. |
