If you expect us to believe that God made Mary magically pregnant, then why are we expected to believe that God is a man? If Mary is a "virgin", then they didn't, uh, do it. So it's possible that God could be a woman, it's not like Mary got deflowered, so it's possible...Did that make any sense?
I feel uncomfortable using scientific reasons in God-related debates. |

When you say "men", sometimes it includes both women and men.
So I guess God doesn't really have a gender, except it's a general idea. |

God isn't suppost to have a gender. But i look at God as a man. because i think girls are cold and secretive, so i picture satan as a girl. no offence tho, because i happen to be a girl. i just seem to trust men more than females.

That's just like saying let's change all the pictures of Jesus because it shows him as a white man and all the Asians are getting angry about it. Or something like that. Anyway, I also think I remember learning that God really isn't a specific gender or race but I have no real evidence to back that up, but I just wanted to say it. |

God is a universal and benevolent being. How can the maker of our universe, a universe that holds life of all kinds, be a specific anything?
God is a woman. God is a man. God is the spirit that is life as well as the giver and taker of life. This is such a vast topic to explore, but I don't have the time or the patience to write a 1000+ word essay in a response to a CB thread. If I did that, then yous bastuds would have to pay me for labour.
