sometimes i have to have someone constantly waking me up and telling me what time it is but other times, i can wake up on my own. well, with the help of alarm clock, of course!
 i sleep really hard, though!

I use two alarm clocks- the clock radio and my cell phone. My clock radio is set at 5:25 am and my cell phone is set at 5:35 am, 10 minutes apart. I have it that way so I know for sure I'll wake up when the alarms go off.

i wake up. take a very quick shower. brush teeth. put on contacts..put on somethign to wear. eat breakfast. and off i go =]

Well, I use my alarm clock, but after a while of using it, the sound gets annoying.
That happened to me once and I was so annoyed at my alarm clock sound that I threw it against the wall (yes I am a very assertive/aggressive person). Well sad story was that the opposite of what I wanted happened. The annoying sound continued and I had to walk across the room to pull the plug. But now i use my cellphone and I use different alarm tones with it

alarm can't wake me up, even thoz it wake me up but i just turn it off and sleep more, so it is useless. I just usually after the alarm call i sleep so more and wake up myslf.

for waking up early, i just use my shake alarm (an alarm that vibrates), and for on weekends (or vacations) i just sleep in!
