Here is some practical information if you want to give it a try.
Best thing to do is leave the hair on your lower abdomen short. If you shave it you'll get ingrown hairs. Buy a cheap pair of electric hair clippers at Wal-mart [$8] and use them without the plastic guard. This will cut the hair very short but not short enough to get ingrown hairs.
You can also use Nair Hair Remover on the abdomen and penis but NOT on the scrotum. The scrotum skin is very thin and you will bleed. [not good]
To remove hair from the scrotum you can pluck it with tweezers [not as bad as it sounds just time consuming] or carefully shave it with a 3 blade razor. Or use the electric clippers but leave the plastic guard on. Use the guard for very short hair cuts, like 1/8 or 1/4 inch.
DO NOT use the clippers on the scrotum without the guard.
Also electric razors on the scrotum usually doesn't work, they tend to grab the skin and cut.
