yah i used to have to do them all the time for cheerleading. Basically it takes time and patience...and of course, streching...like if you're watching a movie, you should stretch while your watching it...just keep stretching and practicing and stuff...

I can! Basically if you want to learn how to do a split, just stretch you legs for like 30 minutes, then go down as far as you can until it hurts, then just keep doing that everyday. Thats how my friend learned

Haha, when i was 4-8 i used to be in gymnastics and i could do all these awesome tricks but, know i'm like.. how the hell do you do a cartwheel?

a couple years ago, my friend tried to do one in jeans. she split them up the middle. it was horrid. i never attempted to do one after that.

and if you want to do them, sit on 5 pillows for 30 minutes a day for a week. (sit in "split" position) and then the next week, sit on 4 pillows. (still in "split" position) and then the next week, 3 pillows and 2 and then 1 and then you will eventually get to none! ![]() that worked for my sister because she is on the drill team. ![]() good luck! ![]() |

no, but if you practice at least for 10 minutes every week or better yet a couple times a week, you'll start getting more flexible doing the splits and you'll be able to do it one day. i almost got it, but i forgot to practice
