I think he likes you, it's his way of flirting... very strange. Some guy did something like that to me. A few years later, it turned out that he really liked me. He was SO ANNOYING! He took my things, messed up my work.

Ok, today was valentines day, and he didn't talk to me at all, we just made eye contacts for a few times. it's his birthday also, and .. so.. i would think that he would've made a move but.. he didn't.
