brush, u can go to google and search for photoshop brush there a bunch or u can make ur own.

Animation? Try some tutorials at www.good-tutorials.com. Animation is done in ImageReady, which comes with Photoshop.

Uhmmm... if you want sparklies and stuff, you need brushes, and if you want brushes, you go to BBOR... because they have tons of photoshop brushes for you...
