Because the first time you do it, the guy breaks the hymen. And that probably hurts. And it also depends on the guy and if he's doing it too hard... or erm, y'know. Hope that was pg-13....

For some girls it hurts the first time because the hymen is torn.
However, some girls' hymens have already been torn (tampons, horseback riding, etc.) so it doesn't hurt.

i heard from my friends who have done it that it does hurt the first time. also to answer gponce10104, it kinda is a most likely if you're athletic. and uhh for you it might be broken. idk.
