i donno if this goes here but, webcam problems ? Options

i have a logitech mobile video webcam
and it says that i have to register before i am able to talk pictures
i've tried different usernames and passwords but it would never let me register

&& i dont know what alpha numeric is .. and what the network connection has anything to do with a the webcam.
